We seek to predict, optimize and track the cost of the thousands of parts that make up a car. To do this, we have complex digital tools based on decades of consolidated expertise. In 2023, we changed our historic tool, used daily by hundreds of users all over the world, for a new modernized tool guaranteeing the integration of the existing one.
Thibaud played a key role, from the launch of the new tool, in structuring change management around precise pillars and clear indicators.
