We seek to predict, optimize and track the cost of the thousands of parts that make up a car. To do this, we have complex digital tools based on decades of consolidated expertise. In 2023, we changed our historic tool, used daily by hundreds of users all over the world, for a new modernized tool guaranteeing the integration of the existing one.
Thibaud played a key role, from the launch of the new tool, in structuring change management around precise pillars and clear indicators. His help was invaluable and allowed us to bring about change in a climate of trust and control. Thibaud quickly entered our problems and challenges and made a very positive and lasting contribution.
